Business Systems Analyst:

Analyze and Gather user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems by performing technical & functional analysis; Review business system capacity/feasibility, workflow, design specification, configuration and architecture to define systems functionalities and/or data requirements; Test, document, design, develop, document & implement specialized systems, systems design procedures, applications and UML models.
Requirements:

• Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration [including Management/Accounting/Finance/Economics] or related fields;
• Proficiency in performing business systems/data analysis in Agile, RUP, RAD, MS Visio, UML, SQL Server, Visual Basic, Java EE, Cognos, Winrunner, Load Runner;
• One year experience in the job offered;
• Extensive travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the U.S.

Programmer (Informatica Developer):
