Looking for Bench Sales Recruiter
Based on experience the salary negotiation will be done.
Responsibilities:
1. Required to market company bench consultants for US Staffing Business.
2. Required to establish the Vendor contacts on regular basis Should know various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on portals, Networking sites that would suite the bench consultants.
3. Required to interact with the clients and submit the profiles
4. Effectively negotiate the bill rates and pay rates for each position
5. Excellent Communication and willing to work NIGHT SHIFT.
6. Should Not be afraid to talk to Vendors or Make phone calls on a regular basis and increase the PRIME VENDOR list
Required Skills:
1. 1 – 4 years proven recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
2. Experienced with full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants & following up for interview schedules.
3. Ability to interact, develop Prime Vendor network and get our resources placed in quick time.
4. Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
5. Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates & client interviews.
6. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
7. Excellent negotiation skills, prior outbound sales experience is preferred
8. Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
9. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
10. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
11. Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
12. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
