DutiesAssist Project Manager with carrying out software design projects involving .Net technology.  Apply advanced theoretical knowledge of software development and engineering theories and principles to perform the following duties:  Apply experience with .NET technologies, to develop and execute multi-tiered web applications on windows client and server operating systems.  Design, develop, test, and support .NET web-based applications using, among other .NET tools, C#, Common Language Runtime (CLR), .NET Framework, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET and Spring.NET.  Modify existing software to correct errors, allowing it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.  Analyze existing business processes and systems.  Assist Project Manager in developing and directing software unit testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.  Work with and assist clients in order to understand their business needs and provide solutions for business growth.  Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.  Document the requirements needed to implement solutions that meet the client’s business needs.  Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.  Create and perform unit test cases.  Coordinatesoftware system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.  The foregoing duties involve supervision of projects only, not personnel.  May perform additional job duties as needed.

RequirementsThe normal minimum requirements for the offered position are:Master‘s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or any related IT or Engineering field of study that provided the required skills and knowledge, plus 3 years of experience in any related position providing the required skills and abilities.  In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, the employer will accept a related bachelor’s degree and 5 years of post-degree, progressive experience in any related position providing the required skills and abilities. Employer will accept a foreign degree.  Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.  The term suitable, in this context, means substantially compatibility with stated job academic level and experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.
